1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and LightJourner Pty Ltd ("LightJourner," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of lightjourner.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Site or make any purchases.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@lightjourner.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in describing our inspirational minimalist apparel, meaningful tees, and related merchandise. However, because all physical items are made-to-order via print-on-demand partners (Printify/Underground Threads for USA and Printful for EU/UK/Japan/Australia), slight variations in color, fit, print placement, or quality may occur. Product images are representative only; actual products may differ slightly from the photos shown.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are shown in USD (or your local currency at checkout) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, or limit quantities.

Order Acceptance: Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email and begin processing/fulfillment. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon shipment from our fulfillment partner.

4. Digital Products

LightJourner.com offers instant digital downloads, including worship music albums (such as CHRIST IS KING, ETERNITIES, and STARBORNE) and other downloadable files. Delivery occurs immediately via a secure download link on your order confirmation page and/or by email.

Upon purchase you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Products solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, modify for commercial use, remove copyright notices, or claim the content as your own. All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the limited technical defect exception).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, logos, text, images, music samples, and the LightJourner name and marks—is the exclusive property of LightJourner or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our designs are original inspirational artwork created to inspire and uplift (e.g., positive messages and meaningful symbols). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law. Specifically, you agree not to: (a) post or transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or test its vulnerabilities; (c) use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our permission; (d) interfere with the Site’s operation or other users; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks without valid reason.

We may monitor, suspend, or terminate your access for any violation of these rules.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

OUR INSPIRATIONAL CONTENT IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LightJourner AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100 (USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LightJourner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction (including the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent laws in the United States or other countries).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LightJourner. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in full effect. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
