Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at LightJourner! This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders of minimalist inspirational apparel and merchandise. Most products are fulfilled via print-on-demand (POD) partners to ensure high quality and quick turnaround. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the time your order is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). This includes printing, quality inspection, and professional packaging at our POD partner facilities.

Peak Seasons / High Volume: During holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, summer, or other peak periods) or for large/bulk orders, processing time may extend to 5–10 business days. We will notify you via email if any delays are expected.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirmation with an estimated ship date. You can also track your order status in your LightJourner account or via the tracking link provided.

2. Fulfillment Partners

We work with the following trusted print-on-demand partners depending on your shipping destination:

  • Monster Digital
  • Underground Threads
  • Printful

These partners allow us to produce and ship high-quality items quickly while keeping costs reasonable. The specific partner used depends on product availability and your delivery location.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, and others) for both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times below are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times can vary based on carrier schedules, destination, weather, customs processing, and holidays.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (the threshold is shown at checkout and subject to change). International orders always incur shipping charges.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International customers (outside the United States) are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any brokerage charges imposed by your country. These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. We declare all items accurately as “apparel” or “clothing” with fair market value. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering to avoid surprises.

5. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order ships from our POD partner facility, you will receive a tracking number via email (and SMS if you opted in). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through your LightJourner account.

“Shipped” status means the item has left the print facility and is in transit with the carrier. Delivery confirmation is sent once the package reaches you.

6. Delays, Lost Packages & Address Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. For packages reported lost after the carrier has completed its investigation, we will work with you on a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

7. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO & Other Special Addresses

We do ship to U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take 2–4 weeks. Additional restrictions may apply. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
